With an extensive background in Customer Success, market research, and strategic content development, I assist and guide customers throughout the entire customer journey be it as a customer success manager, market researcher, or thought-leadership creator. My specialized skills include researching mobile and telecom technologies, qualitative and quantitative research synthesis, market research report writing, competitive intelligence, and data analysis. Experience supporting mobile SaaS/HaaS and global connectivity technology products and solutions. Educational background includes a Master of Arts focused on Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts focused on Communication from St. Edward’s University. Active student pursuing a Master of Science from St. Edward’s University in Digital Marketing and Analytics. As the human being behind the profile, I also partake in human things. When I’m not working, you can find me reading the latest new fiction novels, trying out new restaurants, scrolling the Internet to stay up to date on current events, and running to avoid the lethargy of the daily grind.
