I'm an experienced Security Systems Specialist and Founder of my own Startup with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and Security Network Services Industry. I possess extensive training and expertise in CCTV, Network Access Control, Fire Detection Systems, Alarm Systems, Software Performance Methodologies and Tuning, from single systems and applications, to Large Security Networks. I also have a demonstrated competency in Technical Training of professionals in Security and leading Technical Teams. I possess excellent communication skills interacting with executives and customers, and exceptional organizational and project direction skills on cross-organizational end to end projects. I am focused and detail-oriented with a proven history of mitigating risks and utilizing reasoned decisionmaking in high-pressure situations. I am the Founder of VR506 Simulación in Grecia, Alajuela. I designed and programmed a car race tracks simulator, including tracks from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama and Dominican Republic. My company organizes international events with companies from Central America for real car-race pilots and gamers in which I have also participated as public speaker in SIM Racing Talks and as Start-Up in large-scale annual events such as Conecturday Costa Rica which gathers around 30k+ people every year. This year, we orchestrated and held a 3-hour online event called "Las 3 horas de Costa Rica" using an online server from Canada and with perfectly executed tech support, facilitating the participation of 55k people.
