I am a Talent Development Specialist at Niagara Bottling, where I research and design innovative solutions to enhance employee performance and retention. With a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, I have a strong foundation in strategic goal-setting, diverse leadership styles, employee motivation, and change facilitation. My passion for supporting and uplifting others stems from my volunteer work as a coach and mentor for future leaders at the non-profit level and within corporate setting. As a humble and dedicated leader, I am committed to continuous growth through experiential learning. I use my expertise in development and 360 coaching, as well as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation, to help individuals realize their true potential and empower them to achieve their goals.
