As a media and production officer at LifeSpring Ministry, I create engaging and informative video content for various platforms and audiences. I collaborate with the production team lead on video-related projects, from scheduling and scripting to editing and shooting. I ensure that the content adheres to the visual and brand guidelines of the ministry, and that it is delivered on time and within the budget. I have also been a south east, Nigeria correspondent at ARISE News, a global news network that covers Africa and the diaspora. I reported the latest news and events in the region, using my video editing skills and journalism knowledge to produce high-quality and impactful stories. I have covered topics such as politics, business, culture, and health, and have contributed to the digital platform of ARISE News as a deputy editor for three years. I have concluded my MA in Media Production at Birmingham City University, where I have learnt advanced skills and techniques in media creation and management. I am passionate about using media as a tool for social change and empowerment, and I aspire to become a leader and innovator in the media industry. I hold a BSc in Mass Communication from Anambra State University Uli, and I have completed the Reuters Newsroom Course on Digital Journalism Foundations, sponsored by the Facebook Journalism Project.
