I’m a believer that doing what you love is the key to happiness at a job. I have been working at NRG for 10 years. I have gained great skills and experience throughout my work history. Part of my portfolio includes; analytical skills, data analysis, business analysis, project management, and SAP products. The skills were acquired at a Forbes top 10 company. I possess great knowledge with customer related requests and process improvement techniques to address them. I’m an experienced and passionate continuous improvement analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Professional, I’m responsible for leading continue process improvement projects that deliver value and eliminate waste across Retail Operations at NRG. My role requires the use of my analytical and organization skills. I work closely with stakeholders to successfully deliver on their requests. I have successfully implemented system and process changes that have contributed to the savings/cost reduction of my company. Strong support professional schedule to graduate from University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business in May of 2019. I received my Associate of Arts Field of Study in Business from Lone Start College in 2016.
