Experienced Executive, Coach and Business Mentor with a proposal of integrated solution for solving problems related to the organizational environment - Coaching or Mentoring. I am implementing and executing change management processes within companies of different cultures and segments, besides being prepared to contribute to the various levels of the management body with diagnosis, presentation of isolated or associated solutions, strategic planning and human development. I have got a broad working possibilities, helping clients as Coach or partnering with ​​T&D or Human Resources, in the role of leader and team member, as individual collaborator or as part of the company's staff. Trained as a Public Accountant and specialized in Strategic Management, my experience and expertise were acquired in multinational companies from different business segments (organizational consulting, technology, textiles, energy, financial and retail). I rely on principles and values due to establishing a strong link in the different levels with which I relate: ethics, loyalty and confidentiality, which are the basis for the concept of sustainability - defended and applied by myself in all areas of my life whether personal, social or professional.
