About Abel Tseng

More than 10 years product planning and management experience in electronic products, especially specialized in mobile devices. Currently as product manager of industrial tablet in Advantech. I lead engineering team from product concepting phase to product design phase, and also in charge from NPI to MP stage. In the meantime, I am the owner of go to market activities including datasheet preparation, writing press release, generating product sales kit, lecturing sales training, competitor analysis as well as pricing strategy. During 2011~2020, I worked in Foxconn/HongHai group for smartphone and other mobile devices product planning and portfolio management, in charge of concpeing to project kick-off stage. To communicate and lead on Spec define, competitor analysis, schedule tracking, BOM control, KSP and business case verification. Earlier, in 2009~2011, I worked in Darfon Electronic Corp as a PM for Notebook computer keyboard project management, control the schedule from kick-off to MP, coordinate and communicate between ODM/Brands and factory/R&D in order to meet mass production schedule. My first job was sales engineer in Nitto Denko Taiwan Ltd, where I was in charge of semiconductor molding compound product customer relationship maintenance and promotion, providing technical support and discover new opportunity as well as plan sales strategy and execution.
