A mission-oriented leader with an industry experience of over 32 years’; 7 years in Shop Floor Operation of Steel Mills & 22 years in Marketing & Sales (of which 11 years in International Marketing) at TATA Tinplate and presently CEO of Steel Business at IFB Industries Ltd. I have rich experience in business transformation, Sales & Marketing and leading team through a cultural change. But most importantly, I am passionate about being a transformative leader who walks the talk and brings the best out of the people around me.
