Hey there! I am Abhay. I believe engaged people are the driving force behind every successful business, and I’m passionate about creating workplace cultures that empower teams to thrive. As the Lead - People & Culture at Zuddl, overseeing India, UAE, and the US operations, I report to the MD & CEO (Founder) and drive strategic HR initiatives that align people, culture, and business growth. With expertise in HR systems & processes, hiring, talent management, negotiations, employee relations, International HRM, employer branding, benefits, and payroll, I have successfully led initiatives that enhance employee experience, organisational efficiency, and business performance. I hold a Master’s degree (Gold Medalist) in Labour Studies & Practice (Globalisation and Labour) from TISS, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Additionally, I have completed certifications in Project Management and Organisational Design, equipping me with a structured approach to problem-solving and HR innovation. I enjoy discussing workplace challenges and HR problems, understanding different perspectives, and finding practical solutions. New trends always fascinated me. I find joy in writing, reading, and reciting poetries. Walking in nature is my favourite escape, and I could sit by a lake for hours, simply soaking in the serenity.
