About Abhay Sen

A public policy, advocacy and communications professional with extensive experience of 14+ years. I have worked across Central & State governments, multilaterals and business councils to develop government policies, regulatory frameworks, communications campaign and drive development programmes across sectors. My work has involved managing and working with stakeholders ranging from ministers/politicians, bureaucrats, policy makers, academia, corporate leaders, foundations, civil society and media to drive impactful business results through advocacy, policy discourse and thought leadership. A proven capability of managing diverse stakeholders to build and deliver on policy and communications challenges. Have experience of working across development challenges and social causes such as WASH, women empowerment, digital empowerment, irrigation, nutrition, education, clean energy, indoor air pollution, skill development, livelihood and entrepreneurship development (economic empowerment), product branding and marketing, infrastructural reforms, access to consumer goods at the last mile markets, ease of doing business issues and market access.
