I’m Abhi — a UX designer with a background in interaction design, software development, and retail leadership. I’ve spent the last few years leading high-performance teams at Arc’teryx, where I managed an $8M/year operation and pioneered ways to improve the guest experience through service design, training systems, and layout optimizations. Before that, I trained in Interaction Design & Development and completed a UX internship with TravelEdge, working across research, prototyping, and A/B testing. My edge? I understand users and operations. I know what it’s like to design in the real world—where constraints, business goals, and user needs intersect. Right now, I’m building a fresh UX portfolio focused on hybrid service design, digital product improvement, and user-first innovation.
