As an Associate Software Engineer at Tekion, I develop and enhance transaction checkout flows for the Cashiering Service Team, using Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, and other technologies. I have also built a payment facilitator with account management, payouts, fee management, and reporting features. I strive to write clean and maintainable code, and I have created automated tools for API testing with diverse data sets.Prior to joining Tekion, I spent 3.5 years as a Technology Analyst at ZS, where I automated and improved the functionality and aesthetics of existing SaaS tools using Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I was recognized as the Innovator of the Year in 2021 for generating additional revenue of for my team by leveraging my automation solution for five existing clients. I also customized the interface of our Website Builder with interactive widgets controlled with JavaScript.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. I am passionate about automation, coding, and continuous learning, and I have transitioned from a Business Analyst to a Software Engineer to pursue my interests.
