About Abhidha Seth

I have spent the past two decades deeply immersed in the field of education as an early childhood education practitioner, Curriculum developer, Program manager, Academic Head, Project Lead, Project Head, Trainer, and Advisor. Throughout this journey, my focus on equity and inclusion within Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) has grown profoundly. I've had the privilege of working at the grassroots level in preschools, communities, and within various educational systems, spanning Universities, private institutions, Government bodies, and CSOs— Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD), EuroKids International Pvt. Ltd, NCERT, MS University Baroda, Centre for Early Childhood Education and Development and Kaivalya Education Foundation. My extensive involvement in initiatives aimed at strengthening educational systems at decentralized levels, coupled with my contributions to policy reforms at both state and national levels, has provided me with invaluable insights into building effective institutions. For instance, by leading pioneering projects like Project Sampoorna in Jharkhand, I helped transform foundational learning outcomes for over a million students. At CECED, Ambedkar University Delhi, I headed the Delhi Government Preschool Project (2017–2020), conducted India's largest Situational Analysis Survey, and contributed to the largest School Readiness Survey. I began my career as the Academic Coordinator for Rajasthan at EuroKids International Pvt. Ltd, where I also developed the Hindi curriculum for preschool and primary grades and led training programs for teaching and non-teaching staff. My passion for high-quality, child-centered educational practices led me to found Preschool For Child Rights™ and The ZERO Curriculum™. Academically, I hold a Master's degree in Human Development from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University, where I was a Rank Holder and Gold Medalist. I am also a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) awardee, having twice cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). These accomplishments have fueled my dedication to research and evidence-based practices in ECCE. I consider the knowledge and experience I've gained as vital assets to be shared with the next generation of development professionals, playing a pivotal role in effecting systemic change through leadership. I am eager to collaborate with organizations committed to making lasting, sustainable changes in ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), Early Literacy and Numeracy (also known as Foundational Literacy and Numeracy), and primary and secondary grades education domains.
