I am a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience in accounting auditing compliance and business analysis. Currently I serve as the India Finance Controller at Medline a leading global provider of medical supplies and solutions. In this role I lead the business analysis function for India and the global market providing timely financial advice and analysis to support strategic decisions and performance improvement. I also oversee the end-to-end accounting operations ensuring accurate and transparent financial statements in compliance with US GAAP IND AS standards. Additionally I manage the local tax compliance and reporting as well as the finance transformation initiatives streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiencies. Throughout my career I have excelled in various finance and accounting roles working with different functions and areas such as audit internal control SAP administration fixed assets GL and reporting. I have also successfully implemented IND AS for improved financial reporting and leveraged various tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Blackline SAP HFM and FCCS to optimize financial operations and deliver exceptional results.
