About Abhijeet Pendharkar

I have 17+ years of experience in large and complex program management for US & UK based clients in delivering digitisation and strategic & operational transformation programs. These programs involve working with client and internal leadership teams to architect the executive mandate and work with multi-location program teams. I have led 15+ transformation programs. The operational transformation programs for front & back office include platform implementations, chatbot implementations, RPA implementations, process template changes and operational restructuring. I am a Prince 2 and PMP certified program manager. I have recently completed my certification in digital marketing. Having managed a team of 650+ as operations lead, I bring in strong operational focus in addressing change management and other areas impacted by transformation. In my last role as Senior Vice President – Operations at WNS Global Services, I led Six Sigma, RPA, AI and analytics led transformation. My experience in transition includes leading transitions for 35+ multi-country, multi-process transitions for Finance and Accounting (F&A), backoffice and front office processes of over 3500 FTEs in multiple large programs. These transitions span verticals like utilities, insurance and travel verticals for US and UK-based clients. My focus, in driving programs and operations, is to build and nurture strong trust-based client relationships at the C-level, manage internal stakeholders effectively and establish a strong program management methodology with robust governance.
