Project & Construction Management role, strong Project Knowledge, Extensive construction experience in mechanical, piping, structural in upstream. Manage project management processes/ systems for execution of projects strictly within costs and schedules defined. Construction, Erection, Installation, Shutdown, Hook-up,Tie-in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activity with system handover. Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Ensure effective implementation of Quality & Safety Norms/Standards for safe project execution. Monitor performance against project critical success factors at project monthly meetings. Recognize and accept own and other roles and responsibilities, actively monitor and maintain teamwork at all levels within project and peer groups. Seek feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction from both internal and external stakeholders and implement improvement opportunities. Set clear & realistic timeframes for self & others, and provide team with clear sense of direction by reducing inter-discipline barriers, and taking ownership of results.
