As a Software Architect at Bajaj Finserv (BFL), I manage a dynamic team, oversee software architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end projects. My role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, maintaining project quality and timelines, and providing critical support during production issues to ensure smooth operations. In addition to my architectural role, I serve as the AEM Lead, where I lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AEM-based solutions. I ensure adherence to AEM best practices, implement reusable components and optimize content management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time to market. I have also worked on automating processes, such as AEM page generation, to streamline workflows and improve delivery consistency. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned global brands such as Carters, Philips, Honda, and Formula 1. My technical proficiency spans AEM, Contentful, AWS Lambda, Apigee, Java, and microservices architectures, enabling me to deliver robust, scalable systems that meet evolving business needs. I specialize in working within agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, to drive process improvements and solve complex technical challenges.
