I have had the privilege of working in this ever so transformative industry for close to 20 years.During the course of this period,besides gaining experience in different Sales and Business roles,I have also amassed lot of experience in different geographies in India, working with large as well as Small and Medium Enterprise Partners and customers.I also believe that understanding Geographies and Indian markets and going extra mile to support customers in their Digital transformation,will be major ingredients for larger contribution to this industry.My Job also involved getting engaged and Mantain good engagements with Partners, System integrators and Vendors.In my current role of HPE Business Head I drive and manage HIT (Hybrid IT ),High Performance computing and AI business which include individual products like Server,Storage,Converged and Hyper converged systems. Over the years,I have been managing to lead large teams to deliver business results.I have learnt that the only way to lead well is my being prepared,Adapt to the change, being always updated with new Technology and being hands on with it.In my earlier roles,I have initiated and managed new Business lines and grown them across all verticals especially SMB mid-market and Channels,which have been an important part of my IT journey.My expertise area include Product Sales and Channel management,P&L management,managing Alliances with Vendor team,Driving Business through Focused and New Partners and Geographies,managing India wide customer engagement for Business Opportunities. One of an important and integral part of my life has been always to be fit and motivate people.This trait has also attributed in my overall performance.I strongly believe that an healthy mind and body will always lead to positive outcomes.
