Hello, I am Abhik. I am having an illustrious career spanning over 20+ years in Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Interior Design and Fit Out industry, spread across Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Trivandrum, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurugram and Bangalore. Since my academic days into Architecture, I have been fascinated towards Interior Architecture, Space Planning, Furniture Design and design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp etc. I have delivered 140+ projects with a cumulative 4 million square feet of CRE space in my career so far for some esteemed clients like IBM, HSBC, GE, PWC, KPMG, HP, Lexmark, Chrysler, Capgemini, Vodafone, Airtel, Infosys, Boeing, Akamai, Redknee, Coca-Cola, Autodesk, Lithium, Symantec, Omnicom, Comviva, American Express, CSGI, Legato, CME, Birlasoft, Allergan, Infovision, SwissRe, Northern Trust Bank, Flowserve, Firstsource, Bridgetree, Vedantu, Asteria Aerospace, Moenage, MosChip, Tower Automotive, Appstek, Fico, E2Open, Weir Ensci, Biocon, Alpha Design Technologies, Linde, CSC, Unacademy, Puravankara, Broadridge, Fanuc, Haworth, UBL to name a few. I have been involved in Space Planning and Project Management - both the aspects in these projects. At present, I look after the Business Operation vertical for Acorp Consultants, a Workplace Interior Design and Build firm, which includes handling Design, Commercials, Execution and P&L of the projects. My achievements in past organizations (Space Matrix)- 1 time nominee for "Best Leader" award, India, year 2017- 1 time winner of "Best Project Manager" award, India, year 2017- 1 time nominee for "Best Project Manager" award, Asia Pacific region, year 2017- 4 times winner of "Spotlight Award", year 2013, 2016, 2018- Completed LEAP (Leadership Enterprise Acceleration Program) through 4 modules and earned 9700 miles points in 2017-18- Led the Acorp team to win 'ADCA Silver Award 2023' and 'WOD Young Design Firm Award 2024'. I am a trained professional in "LEAN construction methodology", which is attributed to reduction of wastage in construction. Throughout my career, I have been known for being dedicated and committed toward client relationships and satisfaction and achieving excellence toward end product quality. Although I am a workaholic and passionate toward my work by nature, I enjoy photography and traveling whenever I get a chance.
