Over 13 years of experience in the field of micro-fabrication including 9+ years of working in pilot-line ready R&D technology. Proficient in data driven decision making and performing in multiple collaborating task-force groups to address critical process issues. Also have experience leading teams of several engineers/process technicians to equip modules supporting high volume fabrication. Strong conceptual knowledge of heat and mass transfer in ideal and non-ideal systems including both macro and micro domains, and biological systems, Fuel cell Operation, Biomedical Devices. Have been extensively involved in synthesis, and improving the properties of Graphene based membranes for different applications. Laboratory experience with sophisticated metrological tools including TEM, SEM, Raman, FT-IR, XRD, XPS, NMR and Mass Spectroscopy. A Grade 100 clean room user with experience of processes like ALD, etching,lithography, spin coating and CVD. Additionally, possess knowledge and experience in diverse areas like Manufacturing, Finite Element Analysis, Control Systems and Mechanical Testing, and proficient in coding skills in C, Matlab along with working experience with software packages viz. FLUENT, Simulink, LabView, Catia, CoventorWare, and Solidworks
