I’m a Calgary-based lawyer with a diverse practice rooted in wills and estates, real estate, and corporate law, with additional exposure to tax and trust planning. My legal work spans a wide range, from high-stakes residential and commercial real estate development, to advising condominium boards and developers on governance, construction disputes and litigation risk, to helping families navigate the emotional and financial complexities of estate planning and administration. I’ve also handled complex leasing matters in various sectors including national parks, estate disputes, subdivision issues and foreclosure. I continue to collaborate closely with tax counsel on multi-generational estate planning and strategic corporate structuring. My passion lies in understanding people, building trust, and guiding them through complexity with empathy. Having practiced law in both India and Canada, I offer a cross-cultural perspective that allows me to connect meaningfully with clients and deliver practical, precise solutions rooted in real-world experience.
