About Abhinav Mor

From the quantitative rigor of St. Stephen’s College to the CEO’s Office at Spinny, my journey has been about turning complex problems into transformative business outcomes. Presently at Spinny, I partner closely with Business Heads/ leadership to drive high-stakes initiatives that shape strategy, scale, and growth at the organizational level. Before this, I spearheaded CXO-level projects at Ecom Express, optimizing a 30K+ fleet and delivering efficiency across the value chain. Earlier chapters at Grant Thornton (PE/VC) and Startup India built my expertise in GTM strategies, data-driven decision-making, and ecosystem building. Each role has sharpened my ability to connect the dots between scale, growth, leadership priorities, and execution. Today, I’m focused on leveraging this blend of rigor and agility to solve high-impact challenges that sit at the crossroads of scale, efficiency, and customer value.
