About Abhinav Omprakash

I strive to write code for humans. I care deeply about writing readable, well-tested code, that is malleable, and simple. Whenever someone reads my code, I want them to feel like like it was written by someone that cares. Software isn't something that you code, release and forget. It's a living thing, it needs maintenance, care, and love. I keep this in mind when I write software. I'm exceptional at learning things on my own. That's how I have learnt programming and software development. This is the most important skill for any developer if they plan to keep providing value to the company. Tech changes fast.(This means your company will save a lot on training and hand holding.) I thrive in an environment where I have problems to solve, it keeps me happy. I'm currently fascinated by lisp and functional programming, especially Clojure's persistent Data structures.
