I am a science graduate and have completed my Post graduation diploma in Banking and Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. I have 6 years of experience as Business Analyst- Payment domain and experience in requirement gathering, preparing BRD, BSD, user stories and solution designing. I also have experience with Testing i.e. creating test cases as per the requirement and performing UAT and SIT. I have worked as Product/ Project manager with ICICI Bank (Jan 2018- Mar 2022) for Retail and International Banking group and have knowledge with Domestic as well as cross order payments. Apart from above mentioned I was also involved in Partner integration with bank’s platform and worked with various modules and channels like file upload, HTTPS, web service and SWIFT. I have good understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO20022 (MX) messages like pacs008, pacs004. While working as Business Analyst with Capgemini I have had exposure to Hong Kong payment system and working knowledge of SWIFT ISO20022, CHATS and redirection payment. I have also worked on preparing the weekly Project progress report for client and L0 defect analysis to identify gaps in system and good understanding of Global Pay Plus payment processing tool.
