I am an energy and infrastructure investment professional focussed on projects. I have been a financial advisor, a principal investor and a project financier. I am passionate about building assets that solve real world problems, generate value for investors and have a positive economic and social impact. The diversity of my sectoral experience, cultural exposure and training has helped me develop a multi-dimensional problem-solving skillset. I have spent considerable time working in India, USA, the UK, Uganda and Zambia, apart from transactions in several more countries. My professional experience spans a wide breadth: Natural Resources - oil and gas E&P (conventional and shale) and coal mining; Oil & Gas Infrastructure - LNG, pipeline, oil refining and gas-based petrochemicals; Power - conventional generation (coal and gas), renewable generation (solar PV, wind and biogas), electricity transmission and distribution; Infrastructure - bridges, seaport, metro rail and industrial parks. I am proficient at assimilating, de-risking and presenting uncertainties across political, economic and technological domains. I have delivered complex financials models, investment analyses and investment collateral. I have participated in negotiations of commercial contracts and financial documentation.
