Solid Knowledge in physical and mechanical metallurgy, foundry processes, and forming process (ECAP, rolling, etc.) of aluminum and its alloys. Gained experience in aluminium alloy processing (casting, rolling, homogenization, ageing). Characterizing materials with all kinds of methods, such as optical and electron microscopes and various image analysis software, and other characterization techniques (OM, SEM, EBSD, OIM, TEM, DSC, etc.). Evaluation of mechanical properties including the hardness test, tensile test, impact test, and their fracture surface characterization. Experienced in evaluating the relationships between microstructure, and texture-related mechanical properties, for an industrial thermo mechanically treated and micro-alloyed medium carbon steel bar. Expert in crystallographic texture analysis by EBSD and XRD methods. Experience in Finite element method (FEM) by evaluating the distribution of plastic strain, effective stress fields, and damage prediction. Strong experience in writing scientific publications, and reports in research and industrial environments. Technical software proficiency: Deform 3D, Matlab (Mtex 3.5), labosoft, OIM (7), ATEX, High score plus, Origin lab, Image J, Microsoft office.
