I've made it a point to surround myself with mentors and colleagues who encourage innovation and encourage me to think bigger. One of the most impactful ways I've demonstrated my growth mindset is by starting my first business venture which was dropshipping with a limited budget. I spearheaded initiatives that required me to adapt to new technologies, markets, and industry dynamics. It turned out to be a big loss but through that experience, I've not only honed my business skills but also fostered a culture of learning and adaptability with the help of internet.
