During my Master's, I authored the publication ("Membrane casting machine for casting nanocomposite membrane in presence of magnetic field" in Journal of Water: Conservation, Recycling, and Desalination) which involved initial development work that led to fabrication of Membrane Casting Machine. This research experience fueled my passion for tackling complex challenges. My professional journey began in food processing machinery (Pulverizer) manufacturing. Leveraging my expertise in Cad tools like Solid-works and AutoCAD, I worked on designing and project management to deliver innovative solutions that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations. This experience was invaluable, offering me a practical understanding of management in a real-world setting. Eager to further contribute to innovation, I transitioned to Sudhir Switchgears, where I worked on development and implement of niche processes flameproof solutions for hazardous industries. Proven track record of delivering complex project on time, within budget, and exacting safety standards, such as ATEX, EIL, weather proof. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with clients. Driven by a passion for problem-solving and a continuous desire to learn and adapt, I'm excited to contribute to a cleaner future of mobility.
