As a Business Analyst at Nagarro, I specialize in delivering impactful solutions for the BFSI sector, contributing to the development of mobile banking applications that drive customer engagement and operational efficiency. With hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, I bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution to ensure seamless project delivery. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, which complements my expertise in product lifecycle management, user story creation, and requirements gathering. My role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, including development, QA, and UX teams, to prioritize and refine backlogs, conduct UAT testing, and prepare features for release. In addition to my technical proficiency, I excel at problem-solving, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making—skills that are essential in consulting, product management, and business analysis roles. My recent work includes implementing strategic workflows, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights that align with organizational goals. With a passion for driving digital transformation and fostering innovation, I am eager to contribute to global organizations seeking professionals who can align technology with business strategy to deliver measurable value.
