About Abi Parfitt

My experience is build on a solid foundation with a Bachelor's with First-Class Honours in Business Management. Whilst studying, I was able to gain skills through an internship at The Hitlon Hotel, including team leadership, teamwork and time management. Further to this I leveraged a global perspective from studying abroad at La Trobe University, Australia and an internship at The Stanley Hotel, Colorado. My career began in Wholesale and Partnerships at Ted Baker London where I developed problem solving, project management and communication skills. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic human resources professional with a focus at R3 Ltd on leading global payroll processes, culture & wellbeing, employee lifecycle and implementing competitive benefits, underpinned by the CIPD Level 5 certification I am working towards. I am dedicated to continuous progression which has been reflected in my rapid increase in responsibility within my role. I am looking to continue to progress and exceed expectations.
