Ensure 99% uninterrupted offshore infrastructure availability • Network and Systems Administration / Monitoring including Windows Servers, AD Controllers, DHCP Server, Linux Servers, Routers and Firewall • Maintain Fixed Asset Register / Software inventory • Virtualization - XenServer management including VM creation or delete and ensure proper monthly backups • Data backups including all critical systems, VMs, staff and other departments data including HR / Finance, other important databases backups and move to offsite location • PABX general administration / troubleshooting e.g. configure extensions, backups etc. • Network monitoring / troubleshooting including VPN router, firewall, data switches and other communication devices • Internet and LAN traffic monitoring and reporting to IT Manager on monthly basis • Provide high class technical and client support to all Primatics employees • Users Management including AD, JIRA and Office 365 users accounts – this includes new users creation and block credentials who left the company – report monthly • Responsible to manage IT Ticketing system to take quick actions against users tickets and respond them after the resolution • Vendor Management • Orientation to new hires at the time of joining as per the IT Welcome Pack and give them hands-on knowledge regarding IT Policies and other important stuff e.g. AD account, email accounts, primary messengers etc. • IT Audits to ensure compliance of IT Policies • Carry out vulnerability assessment / network penetration testing at least twice in a year and compile a report which highlights the loop holes and also come up with their solutions • Provide technical support on Attendance system as and when required – also ensure monthly data backups of attendance system • Filing / Record Keeping / Documentation e.g. SLAs, Delivery Notes, Quotations and other IT correspondence Specialties: XEN Server Management/ Virtualization. Active Directory User and Groups Management.
