I am an accomplished bilingual Administration/ Human Resources professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience managing diverse HR functions in high-pressure environments across multiple countries. Fluent in English and French, I bring a unique blend of cultural understanding and adaptability to the workplace. I have hands-on administration experience, managing all aspects of HR functions including performance management cycle, recruitment and selection, scheduling, training and development, benefits administration, overseeing personal transactions with attention to detail, and managing confidentiality and accuracy. I have a Masters in Humanitarian practices from University of Manchester. I am able to effectively communicate and cooperate with coworkers from different background and countries.
