At Viridian Financial Group, we provide a highly personalised suite of financial services to our clients who are based across Australia. Our services include investment advice, superannuation, estate planning, insurance, lending and bespoke portfolio management. As CFO I am responsible for leading the finance and accounting team, with a focus on: • Capital management – including analyses and decision making around financial and legal organisational capital structures (management of business working capital, business share structures such as share class development and buy back implementation). • Business reporting management – including oversight of group accounting and reporting to board. • Transaction finance – including complex acquisition valuations, financial due diligence and technical reporting and accounting for intricate transaction structures.
