I’m proud to represent the award-winning team at AIS! We’re a privately owned full-service business technology provider that has earned a pristine reputation for responsive service and support. My purpose is to hire, develop, support, and grow great individuals and departments for AIS and the community, as, without the community thriving, we all suffer. I am a firm believer that empowering others is the path to achieve the best results and company best practice. I have a BA in Communication Studies as well as a Leadership Certificate from UNLV. I have taken several classes and webinars on organizational leadership and management since graduating, and I have received OTJ training in those aspects as well. The day we stop learning is the day we start to decay. Each person who works here is geared towards growing the company, our clientele, and showcasing our excellent customer service (internal and external). Working at AIS allows me to grow and experiment with new ideas that span from the individual to the organizational levels. I have had the chance to manage interns, conduct company wide events, and volunteer with organizations near and dear to me. I would love to have a conversation with you about joining our team.
