About Abigail Berman

I am a Junior at Brown University majoring in Applied Mathematics and Environmental Science, with a focus on climate solutions and sustainability. In my role as a co-president of the Future of Sustainable Investing Conference (FIScon), I engage and manage relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders. I value the importance of developing mutually beneficial partnerships and work to engage potential sponsors that align with FSIcon's mission of emboldening leadership in sustainable finance. As a Solar Data Intern, I have worked to quantify and analyze the impact of renewable energy on a national scale. This position has allowed me to work hands-on with data that drives solar energy solutions, strengthening my skills in environmental impact assessments and understanding of renewable energy systems. Selected for the 2024 Empowering Diverse Climate Talent (EDICT) Internship Cohort, I have had the chance to learn about different career paths and sectors with in climate. I am passionate about leveraging my background in environmental science and applied mathematics to create data-driven solutions for climate change. My goal is to work at the forefront of climate innovation, using my skills to support the development of sustainable technologies and policies that address global environmental issues.
