Background
About Abigail Brafman
Strategy & Operations leader committed to advancing mission-driven work through strong teams, thoughtful strategy, and clear communication. As Senior Director and Proposal Department Lead at CCS Fundraising, I lead a growing team of proposal writers and build the systems and processes that enable high-quality, high-impact work. I began my career in education policy and social impact spaces, from organizing with March for Our Lives to working in state government. Those experiences continue to shape how I lead today, with a focus on people, purpose, and turning complex ideas into meaningful results.
