I am a dedicated and ambitious first-generation college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. My long-term goal is to earn my Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. As the eldest daughter in my family, I strive to set an example for my siblings while navigating the challenges and opportunities of higher education. My journey includes valuable experiences, such as a Pipe/Mechanical Field Engineer Internship with Bechtel at the Hanford Vit Plant, where I honed my problem-solving skills and developed a strong sense of curiosity. As the Secretary for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), I actively contribute to events that empower the next generation of STEM students, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. I am committed to making a positive impact through engineering and am particularly interested in leadership development initiatives. My goal is to leverage my knowledge and experiences to inspire and guide others while building a legacy in the field. In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin, reading, and running. I am always eager to connect with like-minded individuals and explore potential collaborations in engineering and beyond.
