I am a licensed nursing home administrator, Assisted Living administrator and a certified nursing aide. I currently manage an assisted living, skilled and memory care community and have over 10 years of experience in clinical care staffing, managing operating expenses, labor hours, human resources, activities, marketing, and financial reporting. I understand the intricacies of financial operations, managing labor hours, and expenses, and have a track record of taking on increasingly complex assignments and formulating, innovative solutions to increase census, produce excellent surveys and increase profitability. I process advanced problem-solving skills and find creative solutions for critical issues common to all facilities. I am a person able to establish positive working relationship with residents, family members, coworkers, and management. I believe my experience and training would allow me to build and maintain census, control labor and operating cost, and assist staff in managing a population with increasing moderate and severe cognitive impairment and behavioral issues. I believe I would be an excellent nursing home administrator.
