About Abigail Brown

Over the last four years, my primary work has been in Customer Service through job roles as both front-line staff and supervisory positions. These jobs have provided me with the ability to interact with and maintain personal relationships with coworkers and clientele, provide positive interactions through outgoing demeanor, exceptional communication skills, organizational skills and knowledge of office policies. I am a hard working self-starter with the ability to achieve deadlines and maintain strong relationships with coworkers and members of the public. Through this experience, I have also been able to learn multi-dimensional communication skills as well as the ability to quickly learn new computer systems and multitask while continuing additional daily objectives and meeting deadlines. I have also taken on leadership positions in my previous jobs, which have developed my abilities to take initiative, problem solve and enhance my attention to detail. With my job as a Hotel Supervisor, I have also developed skills in putting together and presenting daily reports, updating and improving policies and procedures and have been instrumental in reconstructing all new hire training within my department. Within all my previous jobs, I have mastered communications techniques both on the phone and in person which I believe to be a great asset to future positions.
