With more than four years of experience in Human Resources, I currently serve as a trusted Employee Relations Consultant at BMO Financial Group. In this role, I provide coaching to managers on effective performance management, progressive discipline, absence management, policy interpretation and workplace accommodations. I collaborate with business leaders to support change management initiatives, employee transitions, and the resolution of workplace conflicts.
