About Abigail Crouse

Hi, I’m Abigail Crouse - a nursing student at Kennesaw State University, graduating in July 2025. I’m passionate about pediatric healthcare and drawn to the resilience and honesty of children. I believe even a single visit to the emergency room or doctor’s office can shape how a child sees healthcare - and sometimes even inspire them to become a nurse or doctor themselves. I’m currently completing my final clinical rotation in the emergency room, where I’m gaining valuable experience caring for patients in a fast-paced and unpredictable setting. I enjoy the challenge of staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and supporting patients and families through some of their most vulnerable moments. I’m especially interested in new graduate residency programs that offer strong mentorship and continued learning. My goal is to become the kind of nurse patients and families remember - not just for the care I provide, but for how I make them feel.
