Dr. DeVries is an experienced healthcare leader with over 15 years of clinical and executive expertise, with a focus on FQHCs, value-based care, population health, and practice transformation. As Senior Medical Director at Medical Home Network, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to restructuring care in the safety net, she leads the clinical team that collaborates with partner FQHCs in achieving success within Medicare and Medicaid programs. Previously, she served as Market Medical Director for Cityblock Health, where she managed a large-scale Medicaid shared-risk program, oversaw primary care teams, and implemented innovative care delivery models. Her leadership extends to her time as Chief Medical Officer at Piedmont Health Services, where she expanded service lines and overall capacity, led the COVID-19 response, and ensured access to high quality care primary care across 10 clinics.
