About Abigail Gemin

I am strongly focused on culture and events and all about having a positive impact on the people I interact with. I have a proven track record in building and promoting a culture in which each person can bring their whole self safely and as completely as possible, regardless of their identity. I am a persuasive communicator in multiple forms and a real collaborative spirit who practices active listening. Because of that I have the ability to build strong and effective relationships, influence behavior and lead change at all levels of the organization. In the workplace I demonstrate the ability to be proactive and take initiative. I am naturally curious, can adapt quickly to a changing environment and am the happiest if I have the freedom to challenge the status quo by bringing my ideas to the fore. The ideal workplace is one where I can challenge myself with work that truly matters. I have the desire to work alongside talented driven project professionals. This all while thriving in my people and culture skills and inspiring others in an inclusive space where I have the liberty to be the best version of myself.
