About Abigail Hantke

Hello! My name is Abigail Hantke and I am a passionate videographer and photographer in the Fox Valley region. I recently joined Dan Hagenow Video Creations, a professional videography company capturing and telling stories all over Wisconsin and more!(Want to share your story? Check out some of the amazing videos already produced at danhagenow.com) How did I get here? My career started in TV news working as a multimedia journalist and anchor in Eau Claire and Green Bay. While in Eau Claire, I helped our station win its first Emmy at the 2019 Upper Midwest event. We were also recognized by the Wisconsin Broadcaster Association. After nearly seven years in the journalism industry, I transitioned to manufacturing and worked as a video content specialist on AriensCo's Learning and Development team. Here I was challenged to grow in my personal leadership, as well as expand my technical knowledge about lawn mowers, snow blowers, and compact utility loaders. At the heart of everything, I'm a Wisconsin girl through-and-through. I grew up on a dairy farm with lots of animals and graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Broadcast, Print and Web Journalism and a minor in Public Relations. I am also known for "Abby jokes." These include my "punny" sense of humor, which I enjoy trying to make my friends, coworkers, and clients smile:)
