It was the mid-90s when I first became known as “the fixer.”I was working for an insurance automation company, helping agencies implement this complex software into their workflow. After I saved more than one client from leaving in frustration, I became known within the company as the specialist to send in when the situation had spiraled out-of-control.Kinda like The Wolf in Pulp Fiction.What made me a great fixer? The same things that make me a great facilitator for bringing visions to life.I know how to listen, how to really understand the needs and circumstances of the client, and how to turn that information into processes that get them where they want to be.In the 20 years since, I’ve taken on countless projects — most from inception and many that were in progress but “off the rails” — and guided them to successful, sustainable completion.
