I am a recent University of Kentucky graduate. I graduated with a BS in Equine Science and Management, with a minor in Animal Sciences. I recently began my first full-time position post-graduation as a vet technician at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. Previously, I interned at Central Kentucky Riding for Hope, a non-profit Equine-assisted therapy organization. Here, I was able to see their mission of "Horses Healing People" come to life as these horses enriched the lives of many children and adults with special physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs. I have collected a multitude of business and science concepts regarding the Equine industry as a whole. I want to continue to discover new knowledge while sharing all that I have learned through the Equine Science & Management Program to continue to enhance and grow the industry.
