With a background in Psychology and Biology, I blend analytical thinking with creativity to build marketing strategies that are both smart and effective. At eCom2Win, I lead email and SMS strategy for eCommerce clients—optimising flows, refining segmentation, and using data to drive performance. I started as a Project Manager, where I fine-tuned systems, kept teams aligned, and ensured every detail was executed to the highest standard. That foundation continues to shape how I approach strategy: structured, thoughtful, and results-focused. Before that, I coordinated international programs, sharpening my problem-solving skills and love for logistics.
