At Tenerity, I managed two teams, ensuring our services met and exceeded both KPIs and client expectations. My core competencies lie in team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and implementing process improvements to elevate customer and client satisfaction. The transition to StandardAero has been a testament to my adaptability and commitment to excellence. Previously at Tenerity, our teams significantly improved service delivery whilst enhancing customer loyalty as well as successfully navigating the contact centre through a migration. These experiences have honed my problem-solving skills and ability to manage change effectively.
