With a Master's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Ouachita Baptist University, I've stepped into the role of Exercise Physiologist at Arkansas Heart Hospital, working with the cardiac rehab team in nutrition and exercise prescription. Our team focuses on developing personalized care plans, contributing to patient recovery and long-term health. My past experience being a group fitness trainer, along with my current position in rehabilitation, have further solidified my passion for preventive care through nutrition and exercise. Today, more than ever, we have access to the most advanced technology, knowledge, and resources, yet our global health crisis continues to intensify?
