A self-starter, risk-taker, and quick learner, I’ve gained valuable experience over the course of my decade-long career in Mumbai and continued with my career progression by following my dream to live and work in ‘The Land Down Under’ which I now call my second home. Currently working as a Claims Support Officer from the ground up for Allianz in a newly formed team by aiding Case Managers with Superannuations, Centrelink Payments, Recoveries, Current Weekly Earnings, and Interest Calculations of Injured Workers in the Workers Compensation space whilst adhering to legislations laid down by WorkSafe Victoria. I have worked in a variety of environments in the past and each experience was enriching- Assistant Contracts Administrator to Precinct Manager assisting Building Management Team (facilities management co.) liaise with contractors, developers, builders, residents and body corporate to solve and maintain common property issues ~ for a year- Residential Front Desk Customer Service Attendant assisting a facilities management company smoothen the way for residents settle down in one of Melbourne’s luxurious high-rise residential towers (2 adjoining towers) situated in the heart of CBD whilst enduring six lockdowns during COVID ~ for a year- Content Writer assisting the Marketing Team of a financial organisation create online content tailored towards educating investors invest their valuable savings through mutual fund avenues to achieve their life goals ~ for three years and- Documentation Writer assisting a software company produce airline interactive user-guides used by reputable airline companies ~ for eight years. I have found that nothing satisfies me more than meeting new people, taking on exciting challenges, fostering positive relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of businesses. When I’m not at work, I’m at home engrossed in a gouache painting, cooking comfort food, putting together a puzzle, engaging with like-minded individuals in a Scrabble challenge, and cuddling a fluffy doggo on a bright sunny arvo with family.
